Single room for single person no criminal history. Bathroom is private unless my kids are there which is some weekends and holidays. Laundry on and you can park in the driveway as long as your car doesn’t leak. House is located near a lake and there is a community pool and clubhouse as I live in an HOA. I am a single dad looking for a roommate I can trust as I have a son and daughter at times. No drama and no overnight guests. you can use the kitchen just clean up after yourself. Can be furnished or unfurnished your choice.
