Hi, my name is Bar. I’m an incoming graduate student and soccer player at Villanova starting Fall 2026. I’m looking for a private room in a shared apartment or house starting around August 1, 2026. My budget is up to $1,100/month, preferably including utilities. I’m looking for a safe, clean place close to Villanova’s campus or near a train station. I’m open to Villanova, Bryn Mawr, Radnor, Haverford, Ardmore, or Wayne. I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I’ll be focused on school and soccer, so I’m looking for a calm and positive living environment.
