Rent: $800 Security deposit: $500 (Utilities/wifi are included) About the house - 4 bed 2 bath - your bathroom would be shared - good size walk in closet - washer + dishwasher - house is furnished - bedroom is unfurnished - located in Goodyear About the roomies - two female tenants - one medium sized dog named Athena (super sweet once she gets comfortable with you) - one tenant works part time at home - we both keep to ourselves - in our early 20’s Let me know if you’re interested!
