Hey Everyone! I’m looking for a roommate for a Jefferson Park townhome rental. Available now! Here’s more info than you probably needed: Highlights:  Your room is the only bedroom on the 2nd floor, with its own attached bathroom.
 Two car garage, so you’d have your own permanent spot.
 There is an additional bedroom on the first floor that is available for use as an office/gym/guest bed, etc.  Amazing location - right across the street from Jeff Park! The neighborhood is adjacent to the Lohi and Sloan’s Lake areas.
 Walkable to bars, restaurants, and Mile High Stadium. 5 Minute bike ride to Sloan’s Lake.
 There is a third-floor terrace with views of the downtown skyline and surrounding neighborhoods. Rent Info:  $1,250/month for the bedroom or $1,400/month for bedroom + private use of the first-floor bedroom/office.  Split utilities  Lease runs through June 2027. About me:  I’m 30 and work remotely in commercial real estate. I’ll be working from home from the third floor. I work quietly and pretty normal hours.  Been living in an apartment in Cap Hill for a few years and figured I could have more overall space for a bit less rent with a roomie. I’ve had a bunch of roommates in the past without any issues.
 I’m clean, reserved, and great with personal boundaries (really). I keep things tidy, but pinky promise I won’t be passive aggressive when there’s a dish laying around.
 Interests: Sports, music, etc. I play rec basketball and pickleball and watch NFL, NBA, NHL, soccer, etc. I like hitting the gym, hiking, boardgames, live music… and yes I’m aware of my basicness. I also play keyboard, with headphones in. I used to snowboard, but I’ve been recovering from injury.
 Not a heavy partier, but I do go out occasionally. I don’t smoke or vape. Ideal Roommate:  Mid 20s – 30s
 Respectful of cleanliness, noise, and all the other stuff.
