Hey! I’m offering a furnished bedroom in the desirable Vistas at Lake Louisa community, conveniently located just across from Hartwood Marsh Rd. This neighborhood is known for being safe, quiet, and well-situated for everyday convenience.
At the entrance of the community, you’ll find a Walgreens, while directly across the street there’s a Circle K and Publix plaza featuring a UPS Store and Starbucks. Walmart is just minutes north on Highway 27. For easy access to Highway 50, Hartwood Marsh Rd connects to Hancock Rd less than a quarter mile away.
The available 10x13 furnished bedroom is located just off the open-concept family room, kitchen, and dining area. The bathroom is adjacent to the family room and also serves as the pool bathroom.
The room includes a daybed with a trundle option for additional sleeping space, as well as a Roku TV. You’re also welcome to enjoy the main living area TV if preferred. The home layout offers a sense of privacy, as my living space is situated toward the front of the house near the living room, separated by a partial wall from the shared kitchen and dining areas.
All utilities are included, along with full access to the kitchen and laundry room. Occasional guests for swimming are welcome with prior notice. Use of Medicinal products is permitted.
A background and credit check will be required. A security deposit is due upon move-in. Minimum lease term is one year, with a 30-day notice required by either party for termination.
