I have a two bedroom two bath condo on the borderline or Deerfield and pompano You have your own bedroom bathroom and parking place You have the use of the kitchen you'll be as comfortable as you could be if this was your own place Make a mess clean it up that's all I ask You'll have peace and quiet and security here this is a great location Clubhouse weight room exercise room tennis court Large pool large pool deck what more can you ask for And a nice roommate This place is a half a mile from the turnpike a half a mile from 95 if you move inland more it'll take you a half hour to get to the main road Stores close by bus stop right out of the development but you have your own parking spot Large balcony all the rooms have sliding glass doors that go out Washer and dryer dishwasher you have a large refrigerator in your room microwave for late night snacks but you could use the kitchen A privacy louver door that closes your bathroom and your bedroom off from the living room so you can walk in and out and nobody could see you I think it's a great private place nobody to bother you from the outside when you come home you'll like it It's another world a world of peace The complex does a background check it cost I'll split it with you
No smoking not even outside Other than that I don't care what you do it's your home as well as mine I asked what kind of job you have how long have you been there what are your hours and days that you work I want somebody with close to normal working hours It's first last and security It's mostly furnished if you need it I always come across things so we'll get anything you need I'm here to help you in any way I can I take my roommate very serious and I'm always there to learn to helping hand I'm a straight male I'm only looking for a male roommate at this time unless you're a real special special woman
