I'm a young freelancer looking for a male roommate to take the second bedroom in this small home in East Nashville. Available July 31st/August 1st. Rent is $950, and utilities are split except for internet; I pay 100% of that. Washer/Dryer and Dishwasher. Large back yard. I have a sweet cat named Georgie. He will stay in my bedroom most of the time. I use a steel litter box and expensive litter so it never smells. I keep to myself most of the time but am down for casual hangs in the common areas if we get along!
