Looking for a friendly and respectful roommate to share a cozy 2 bd/1bth Condo in the SoDo area. It’s located on a peaceful lakefront community. The available room is the master bedroom with a spacious closet. While there is not a laundry area in unit. There are on laundry rooms. Rent is $800/month with all utilities included. Pets are welcome but need to have an updated vaccination record and there is a pet fee. There is a fee for the application and background per the HOA but it is $100 for both.
