Renting out 1 of my bedrooms in my 3 bedroom home. Has great backyard, close to centennial hills hospital, stores, Costco and etc. I have 1 house trained dog so no other pets allowed. You would have your own private bathroom, access to house, driveway parking, parks near by and safe quiet neighborhood. No parties, no drugs. Clean, respectful roommate is what I’m looking for. $700 month + $400 deposit. Utilities split and my utilities aren’t that high.
