Hi y’all my husband and I are looking for someone to take over our lease in a 2x2 beautiful modern apartment located in the Kissimmee area! If you work at DAK or DAKL then you’re in luck because this building is located bordering the property. This a great location for any Disney cast or CP moving over to PT/FT; only 20-25 minutes to reach Magic Kingdom area, and 10-15 for Hollywood Studios and Epcot. Many shops and amazing restaurants that take Blue ID discounts nearby so you’ll never get bored! You would get the primary bedroom with a bathroom suite (including double vanity, standing shower) and large walk-in closet. Your portion of rent would be around $1,300 after certain utilities and fees with electricity being billed through Duke Energy.
