I plan to stay there long term, so l'm looking for a comfortable, peaceful place closer to that area to reduce transportation costs and settle into a stable living situation. I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology from TAMU-CC, and plan to go back to school to finish my masters so saving money is a big priority. I'm very responsible with rent, my income is steady, around $650-$750 bi-weekly. I'm more on the quiet and introverted side, and I really appreciate a calm, respectful home environment. Ive lived with roommates before, so l understand the importance of cleanliness and shared responsibility. I always keep my space tidy, clean up after myself, and respect house rules and shared areas. I don't smoke, I don't have pets, and I'm looking for a long-term, stable place I can truly call home.
