Hello! We have a private room in a single family home for one person with a shared bathroom and fridge with 2 other people MAX. Cleaning services is included. Cleans all the common areas of the house and cleaning lady will even clean your room and change your sheets if you like every two weeks. All utilities Included and free street parking in front of the house. No pets allowed except small animals in a cage. There are 3 large professionally trained dogs in the house with 2 cats that roam the outside and inside the home and a bird that stays mostly in the kitchen area. So you have to be ok with animals bc they are in the house but they dont need to be in your space. Professional adults live in the house. This is a large 8 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home with 2 living rooms and dinning room,kitchen and barbecue space outdoors with a garden. So everyone has their own space! We prefer long term contracts but willing to consider short term. We do background check, credit check, and income verification to move in. To move in you also need 1st month rent and $950 refundable deposit. We look forward to meeting you!
