Room for Rent – Owner Occupied Condo | Rancho/Gold River I’m renting out a private bedroom in my owner-occupied condo. I’ve lived here for 17 years and take great pride in keeping it clean, quiet, and well maintained. About the Condo Approximately 1,000 sq. ft.

The condo is situated in a very private location within the complex, with mature trees and minimal foot traffic Included Water, sewer, garbage, and utilities

Land line To help maximize kitchen space, I’d recommend bringing a small mini fridge for your room. House Rules Month-to-month rental agreement

All applicants will be carefully screened I’m open to renting to a couple, though rent would increase by $200 per month. Rent $1,200/month for one person
$1,400/month for a couple Move-In Costs Single occupant: First month’s rent ($1,200) + $500 security deposit = $1,700
