I am looking to turn the room I used to use as a office into your room. I'm a girl who currently lives by themselves have no pets. Willing to have animals at the apartment but you would be the one who would need to do everything for them and pay the full pet rent that Morrison apartments requires. Because I am a girl I'm preferring a female roommate though would be willing to change my mind. I don't have overnight guests but don't mind if you do just run it by me first
