Room available in a spacious, very clean, and well-kept creative home in a quiet neighborhood. There are two possible room setups available depending on what you’re looking for: A room for $1,300/month with a shared bathroom. The bathroom would only be shared with whoever rents the other available room. There is also a more private setup for $2,300/month that includes a private bathroom and a separate office space, which would be great for someone who works from home or wants extra personal space. The house has an artistic, relaxed, inclusive, and respectful vibe. We’re hoping to find someone open-minded, considerate, clean, communicative, and a good fit for a peaceful shared home. It’s a two-story, 4-bedroom home with a guest room, two living rooms, a large beautiful kitchen with a dishwasher, more than plenty of parking, an in-house laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a serene backyard. Two cats live in the household, so ideally looking for someone who is comfortable around cats. The home is kept very clean, peaceful, and comfortable.
