Hi, my name is Alex. I am a 31-year old professional, and my current roommate will be moving out at some point between late August and mid-September. I am looking for a new roommate to move in between September and October. The room is located in a 6 apartment building across from a small park between Davis Square and Teele Square in Somerville. Apartment inside of a 6 apartment building located between Davis Square and Teele Square Somerville, MA 02144 ~7 minute walk from Davis Square Red Line T station - Rooms: 1 Bathroom, 2 Bedrooms, Kitchen, Dining Room, Common Area - Dishwasher - Washer and dryer shared with other apartments in the basement - Storage Unit in the Basement - 1 parking space in the parking lot behind the apartment Rent per month: - $3200 total, $1600 per month per renter - Period of lease ends July 31, 2027. However, I am a bit flexible. I'm willing to live in the apartment on my own for some time after July 31, and the landlord is willing to have you move in and sign the lease with me later such as in September. Utilities: - Water is included in rent - My estimated cost of Electricity, Gas, and Internet per year is $3400 ($1700 per renter)
