New construction home with private bedroom and bathroom for rent (built 2024). This will be rented on a long-term or month-to-month lease. Furnished or unfurnished rooms are available. The home is located in the Bent Grass community in Falcon. There will be only one other person (owner) living in the house part time. The house has a large kitchen with all new appliances. All appliances are available, including a microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, oven, gas stove, washer, and dryer. The living room features a large 85“ Sony Bravia XR Smart TV with a 5.1 surround sound system and a comfy modular sectional couch. The home has Smart locks for doors and garage doors. The home is equipped with camera systems that monitor the front door, driveway, and backyard. The total monthly rate for the space will be $800/mo. Utilities are included. 2.5GB Internet is included. The bedroom and bathroom, driveway parking, and access to metro district gyms/pools/recreation centers are included. There will be a credit/background check run on any interested applicants. A refundable security deposit of $500 will be collected with the first month’s rent. Proof of income will also be required.
