I have a beautiful, fully updated apartment available at 1136 Easton Ave (Easton North community). My new 1-year lease officially starts July 1st, 2026, and runs through June 2027. Because of a change in plans, I am looking for someone to take over the agreement. The landlord has already approved the transfer. Move-in Timing: While the lease officially begins July 1st, the move-in date can be flexible anytime within the month of July to better fit your schedule.
