My name is Nick and I’m looking for a roommate to sublease the empty second room in my 2 bed 1 bath duplex that I’ve been renting for almost a year.
-flexible move in though ideally early September or October. -lease runs through September of 2027 📍Located in a safe neighborhood called Schumacher Place which is the Northeast corner of German Village. -quiet neighborhood within walking distance to all of the German Village attractions
-minutes by car to I-70, I-71, or 670. 👤I have a normal work schedule, usually Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. I’m 26 years old and I like to golf, fish, snowboard, travel, play chess and hangout with my girlfriend or friends. I’m fairly quiet and keep to myself. I’m easy to get along with. Pretty organized, but not a neat freak. 🏠 900sq ft of living space with a big basement you can use half of for storage.

-shared living spaces -up to date stainless steel appliances
-great backyard with a grill & a fire pit. 💵 $900/month per person, ~$100 a month in utilities, $25 a month for internet
