I have 1 bedroom with walk in closet available in a 2 apartment with a shared bathroom. The space has 1 large balcony, 1 small balcony and a terrace. The building has a pool and laundry on the first floor. I am asking $1,850 for rent which includes gas and electricity. Do have an indoor parking spot for $125 per month. Space is available from 1 July.
