Private room available in our Van Nuys/Sherman Oaks adjacent home. Laundry on- / Central AC & Heat / Free private parking available. The room is available on July 1st. We have one other roommate besides me on this floor (male), whom you would share a bathroom with (just you and them), they are very easy-going, into writing/film, pokemon, and very respectful.
