There is no smoking or drug use of any kind allowed in the house and no pets. You are required to clean up after yourself in the public areas of the house. You are allowed to have overnight guest as long as they leave when you leave and they respect the rules of the house and not a disturbance. There should not be an influx of strangers going in and out of the house. The environment of the house is pretty relaxed, people are usually at work or in the rooms unless they decide to eat in the kitchen, There is drama and the new roommate must be the exact same way. I will sign 6months or 1 year lease.
