Hi, my name is Ben. I am 28 and in the Army. Looking to rent out my upstairs room to fellow Army soldiers, however anyone is welcome. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the house is. Recently renovated, new floors, walls, appliances (to include washer, dryer, fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher). The upstairs has its own bathroom and the room is approx. 220 sq. ft.
