Hello I’m looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease starting July 1 that’s ends January 1. Private bedroom, private bathroom and walk-in closet. you’ll have one Roommate where you’ll share living room and kitchen. Rent is split half so it will be around $840 but it will vary month-to-month. You’ll also pay for the gas which is usually around $30 to $50. If you have an animal you’ll pay the pet deposit $200. One time payment Deposit to get on the lease $500. Females only.
