Hi, my name is Nancy. I am a 32-year old professional. I am looking for someone to take over one of my tenants lease starting July 1st, 2026. I have two other female quiet, clean and respectable tenants. Looking for someone with stable income, clean, and clean. NO Parties, no drugs, no smoking. The room has its own private bathroom. In Unit washer and dryer. Parking on premises. Current lease is from July 1st, 2026 to November 30th, 2026. This lease can be extended, looking for 6 months or more. I am mainly at work so I rarely enter the house. I do keep the maintenance up to date and definitely looking for someone who will not be disruptive. Gas and electric are not included. Those will be split with the rest of the tenants
