We are a gay couple black and Hispanic. We have a room for rent in our apt. We are looking for a gay friendly roommate. Male or female the room is fully furnished with a queen size bed. TV, night stands, lamps, dresser, large closet, internet, cable, WiFi, full kitchen privileges. This is a no smoking property. No pets please. Over night guest are welcome occasionally. Off street parking. Laundry onsite. Gated community. Pool, jacuzzi, bar-b-que areas and a gym open 24 hours.
