Looking for a roommate to move in by July in the San Marcos Texas area.Rent total is $1199 but only have to pay $600 plus utilities. You would have your own bathroom and i provide both washer and dryer as well as wifi. There is a spare bedroom that can be used as storage or as an office space as you please. If you have pets you would have to pay a pet deposit but I have no problem with pets so long as you keep up with them. If interested please feel free to reach out to me.
