Looking for roommate ASAP

Hello! I am a student at Wayne State University studying Finance. I work as an MLO. I am looking to move ASAP by August 1st. I am very extroverted, but I always respect people's boundaries and space. I don't mind doing any chores, helping out with anything, or having friends or family overnight. I'm not home most of the time, and I don't mind picking up some takeout or groceries for anyone on the way home! I also have a 1-year-old cat! I'll need someone fine with living with a cat (you're not expected to take care of him, of course). He's very reserved and quiet, and I always have an eye out for him.
