35 year old single female in search of a studio/1 bedroom/mother in law dealio to call home in Cedar Hills/Pleasant Grove. I work very full time, and I do have a dog. Well behaved and will be in his crate when I’m not home. We are quiet, and clean. $1,350 is on the high end of things for me but still doable. But price does have to be everything included within the budget/monthly rent
