Hi, I'm Angelique, a 31-year old professional, looking for a 1 more roommate to move in July 1st. The apartment is a 3 bed 1 bath Rogers Park, Chicago, with central air, in-unit washer & dryer, back porch, and dishwasher. My other roommate is Lane and they have a chocolate lab. We inhabit the 2 smaller room by the kitchen, and you'll be renting the largest room with direct access to the bathroom for $1000 utilities included. You'll be entering into an on going 2 year lease, which will end Oct 2027.We'll need to set an appointment with the landlord to apply, the application fee is $40 and she'll need your last 2 pay stubs. Before applying of course, Lane, the puppy, and I would love to meet you and give you a tour of the place. Message with me interested and want to see images. The ones I have were too large to upload.
