Looking for 3rd roommate!

Heyy my name is Dylan, I’m a second year at western and looking for a new third roommate next school year. It’s a three bedroom, one bathroom apartment and it’s about a 10 minute walk to campus with a bus stop very close by. Rent is $850 per month plus utilities and WiFi which are usually around $40 total per month. The lease goes from August 17, 2026 to August 16, 2027. When it comes to what we’re looking for in a roommate it’s pretty simple. As long as you’re not obnoxiously loud, you’re at least decently clean, and you can pay rent then you’re probably fine. My roommate and I are very friendly but we also respect personal space. We can discuss more about how things will be like in the apartment if you’re interested and reach out.
