Front loading washer dryer, all amenities. I will be living abroad most of the year returning for Runs every 4 months overnight. Other than that looking for a one year agreement with responsible tenant. Regular rent for these is about 1400.00, that’s why I’m only wanting the 975.00, but I can keep my lease and furniture there and spend the night in office when I’m back in town. I will still have mail coming to address so it’s like the whole place for yourself with a barely visible roommate who will only be here a night or two every 4 months. Looking for responsible person that will pay on time, along with the 950.00 renters insurance is included, the electric can stay on my name but you will be responsible for that. I’m open to making this work for both of us if you want to stay after the first year. Easygoing responsible person seeking same. No pets please. Non smoker, not too loud. Good community, nice neighbors safe neighborhood with only one rental townhome residence nearby, the rest are single family homes. No crime and bunnies at night. Dog wash outside and dryers, pickleball court, two swimming pools. Honestly a great place or I’d just end my lease. Office can comfortably fit a twin bed in it. Prefer no kids. You will be responsible for the 975.00, Internet for 50.00, Electric Bill. I pay insurance and other charges. unsure of when I will be ready as of yet should be a few months most likely September or October depending on when rented out.
