Looking for 3rd roommate!

Hello! I’m the owner of a 3 bed 1 bath house and looking to rent out the attic space! It is very spacious, rent includes the utilities and we even offer an 18ft round pool in our fenced in back yard! It is currently me and my best friend with our dogs! The space would be open in the beginning of August! Vaping is allowed in house but anything else but be done outside.
