I need someone to take my lease at Bellamy, you’ll be living with two lovely roommates (girls). It’s three bed/ three bath. It’s $600 + utilities/ month. One roommate does have two cats but they’re very well behaved. I would preferably liked to be moved out before July 15 because that’s when the new lease begins (then ends July 2027)
