It’s In Bonita springs, 4 min from downtown. I have one room with private bathroom. It’s a shower/tub combo. Laundry is in unit. I’m charging 1300$ a month. The room has a queen bed. I also have two dogs that are super sweet:) There’s a clubhouse, a pool, and a small gym. I’m also right across from the dog park. Within 15 min of the beach. I work late hours so a lot of the time you’ll have the space to yourself
