One furnished bedroom on the lower level of our split-level home is available for rent for one tenant (non-negotiable), with a shared bathroom downstairs and shared living space. Bedroom will be the one closest to the front door. Driveway parking (garage is off-limit). Must be respectful, clean and tidy, no illegal drugs and/or recreational Marijuana use, no smoking/vaping inside the house, a clean background check. No pets allowed.
