The neighborhood is close to Atwood, Willy St, Madison College, the east side and 3 miles from downtown Madison. There are lots of bike trails and restaurants nearby! Rent is $1660, your share would be $830. Internet is included and utilities costs are low. Free laundry & storage in the basement, with one parking spot in the back but plenty of street parking.
