No pet, no smoking, no children please Room: 12' x 16'. It faces east, has a large window and lets in lots of natural light. It also has a closet with a top shelf for storage. It is currently furnished but can be removed if you prefer your own furniture. LEASE TERMS: Month-to-month with signed lease and roommate agreement.
