Hi everyone! I am looking for a room to rent, with a move-in date of June 23rd.
Budget: 1,200 - 1,400 (ideally furnished).
Location: I am primarily looking in Encinitas (ideally close to the North El Camino Real commercial area for proximity to my job) Carlsbad or La Costa. A little about me and my habits:
• I work at a restaurant
• I am very quiet, clean, organized, and deeply respectful of common spaces and privacy.
• I have no pets
• I am completely a non-smoker and calm person
• In my free time, I love cooking, reading, going for walks, and enjoying a peaceful, relaxed environment at home.
