Looking to rent out the master bedroom of 2 story house including all amenities, 1 car garage, balcony, etc. No furniture necessary in the move as couch and bedroom set provided. This would be your own Airbnb. There is 1 tenant who lives downstairs and you’d only see him when he cooks food in the kitchen or does laundry downstairs. Either $1,200 flat monthly rate or $1,000 plus splitting monthly utilities.
