Need Roommate ASAP

I’m looking for a clean and quiet roommate to rent the 2nd bedroom (2b2b) in my Naples apartment located at Meadow Brook Preserve in Collier County, off of Old 41. Available for move-in June 1, 2026 through May 30, 2027 (or shorter if you need to sublease). The bedroom and bathroom will be mostly unfurnished, however there is a full bed available in the room. The rest of the apartment is furnished with a TV, couch, kitchen table, etc. - Rent is $900/month + utilities and wifi so total around $980-1000/month. - In-unit laundry & dishwasher - Community has a pool, gym, and dog park (I own a cat though so please let me know about other pets.)
