Renting to a low key person

Available September 1st....Looking to rent a room in my home. I am a professional and prefer a professional as well. I am not into parties and do work during the day, Monday thru Friday. This means that I am usually in bed by 10pm during the week. Rent does include utilities and the room is furnished. This rental is only for one person and not accepting families or couples.
