The apartment is located in Chelsea (W 25th & 8th Ave) — a two-floor penthouse with in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and full furnishings. The building also has a rooftop and gym. - Master Bedroom — $3,550/month
The entire second floor, with a private garden and direct access to the building rooftop.
