There is 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom also located on the main level. You will have full access to all common areas (living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, front and back yard/patios) and full access to community amenities such as gym, pool, golf course, bar/grill, club house, game room/pool hall, etc. Lease is month to month but looking for long term roommate.
