Looking to rent out a private bedroom available 07/01. The room has carpet, a closet, and a window. Shared spaces and bathrooms have hardwood floors. Utilities average $50–80/month, laundry is on, and parking is included. You would be living with 1 other person in a 2-bedroom apartment. Your roommate is 23 and currently a grad student pursuing a Masters of Public Health at CSUN. Cooking and having guests isn’t uncommon here, though I enjoy remaining mindful of differing schedules.
The location is directly across from CSUN, close to shops, transit, and campus resources.
