Roomate needed by end of July!! House is 1,200 sq ft. Downstairs bedroom with private bathroom. Basically no closet space. Right off of the kitchen. Super cutie front patio/balcony space at front of the house. Street parking. No fence. House has no dishwasher and no laundry... I have a small washing machine and hang dry most items in the third bedroom. Utilities and internet are in my name. Open to switching bedrooms.
