Looking for a room to rent.

Going through a divorce and currently staying in a motel. I am a clean respectful guy who is looking to rent a room and willing to sign a lease. I also cook and and clean.

I am looking for an entire apartment or house to rent. Not a share but the while place. Can pay up to $1200 per month. Prefer deposit be split into 4 payments to make it easier to move in. Studio 1 or 2 bedroom any work.
