Looking for a clean, responsible roommate for my well-kept condo at 5818 Inman Park Circle. Excellent location close to Walter Reed, NIH, downtown Bethesda, and major commuter routes. • Master Bedroom – $1800/month. Partially furnished with private bathroom, and walk-in closet. The third bedroom is set up as a shared office/work space with full bath. About the living situation:I’m the owner and only stay at the condo a few nights per week since my primary family home is nearby and I also spend time at a second home in West Virginia. The condo is typically quiet, clean, and low-traffic. I’m open to month-to-month arrangements initially to make sure it’s a good fit for everyone. Ideal roommate:• Respectful and financially responsible• Clean and easygoing• Non-smoker preferred No drama. Open to small dogs and/or friendly cats.
