Hi, my name is Gabriella. I am a 20-year-old student. I am looking for someone to take over my current lease. The room is in The Groves in Central. The monthly rent is $460, including all utilities, and the room is available in June. There may be a $600 deposit required, there would need to be a discussion with the landlord.
