Room for rent in a quiet home. Single female homeowner with two children (ages 10 and 13) who are here mostly on weekends. I also have four cats and a bearded dragon, so you must be comfortable with pets. Shared bathroom. The home is currently getting new flooring—photos will be added soon once updates are complete. The room includes a TV mounted on the wall. Rent is $700/month, which includes all utilities and internet. Looking for someone clean, respectful, and reliable.
